Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Daoini account and the personal data held on it at any time. This page explains how.
Delete from the app (fastest)
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
- Open the Daoini app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@daoini.com from the email address linked to your account — or include the phone number on your account — with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and delete your account.
What gets deleted
What is retained: medical records created by clinics you visited are kept by those clinics, as required by applicable health-record laws, and are detached from your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- The personal data on your login account — your name, phone number, date of birth and email — is permanently erased.
- You are signed out and can no longer sign in with the account.
How long it takes
In-app deletions are immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days of verifying your identity.
