These Subscription Terms govern the paid Daoini subscription taken out by a clinic, cabinet or practitioner (the "Subscriber"). They complement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What you pay for

The subscription is priced per practitioner. A billable practitioner is any person who has their own agenda in the Service, or who writes to a medical record — typically a doctor, dentist or other practising healthcare professional.

Receptionists, secretaries, administrative staff, accountants and non-practising owners are free and unlimited. They are never counted towards the number of practitioners billed.

Editions and price

You are always charged the lowest price available for your number of practitioners; the applicable edition is determined automatically and you never pay more by being placed in the wrong one.

The Solo price is published as a launch price and may be revised for new subscriptions.

Solo — 20 000 DZD per year, one practitioner included, maximum two. Additional practitioner: 15 000 DZD per year.
Cabinet — 49 000 DZD per year, four practitioners included. Additional practitioner: 11 000 DZD per year.
Clinique — 89 000 DZD per year, ten practitioners included. Additional practitioner: 7 500 DZD per year.
Multi-site — quoted individually, from 150 000 DZD per year.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed annually, in advance, in Algerian dinars (DZD). Access to the Service begins once payment is received.

Renewal

The price is guaranteed for the duration of the subscription. Renewals are billed at the rate in force at the time of renewal, communicated at least 60 days in advance.

If you do not wish to renew at the new rate, you may decline renewal before it takes effect. The end-of-subscription terms below then apply.

Adding and removing practitioners

A practitioner may be added at any time. The additional practitioner is charged pro rata for the months remaining until your renewal date, rounded up to the nearest 500 DZD.
Removing a practitioner takes effect at your next renewal. Mid-term removals are not refunded.
A practitioner seat may be reassigned to a different person, at no charge, once per month.

Fair use

The Service is not sold by volume and appointments are not metered. To protect service quality for all subscribers, we apply fair-use ceilings of 500 appointments and 1 500 consultations per practitioner per month.

These ceilings never block your work: no entry is ever refused and no overage is ever charged. Where usage consistently exceeds them, we will contact you to discuss the appropriate arrangement.

Free trial

Every clinic may evaluate the Service free of charge for 30 days, with one practitioner, no appointment limit, no payment card and no commitment.

At the end of the trial the account becomes read-only: all of your data remains viewable and exportable, while new entries are suspended until you subscribe.

End of subscription

If a subscription ends or is not renewed, the account becomes read-only. Your data remains viewable and exportable, and is retained for 90 days. We will notify you before any deletion.

Nothing is deleted without notice, and export remains available throughout the retention period.

Add-ons

Local file storage is unlimited and free on every edition. Encrypted cloud backup packs are available as a monthly add-on on any edition and may be changed or cancelled at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms. Changes affecting price or the scope of your subscription are communicated at least 60 days before they apply to you, and take effect at your next renewal rather than during a subscription already paid for.
