Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Daoini mobile app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Daoini lets patients find clinics and request medical appointments, and gives clinics tools to manage those appointments. Daoini is a scheduling and communication tool. It is not a provider of medical care or advice and it is not a medical device.
Not medical advice; emergencies
Content in the Service is for general informational and scheduling purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately — do not use the Service.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
- Authentication uses your phone number and date of birth; keep your device secure.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Appointments
Sending a request through the Service does not guarantee an appointment. Clinics confirm, reschedule or decline requests at their discretion and may contact you to do so. You are responsible for attending or cancelling appointments you book.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
- Disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the Service.
- Submit false information or impersonate another person.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your own data and clinic content), belongs to Daoini and its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that appointment requests will result in a confirmed visit.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daoini will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the medical care, conduct or availability of any clinic. Clinics are independent of Daoini and are solely responsible for the care they provide.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
